Forms
Youth Covenant and Medical Participation Forms should be completed annually and kept on file in the church office. Event Participation forms should be signed by a parent for each specific activity.
Confirmation
Confirmation at EUCC is a ceremony celebrated on Pentecost of each year. Jr. High youth are invited to prepare for this ceremony is a variety of ways; Church School, Fellowship, Retreats, and more.

Reflection on 2009/2010 program year:
We have had a year of consistent offerings on a weekly basis. In the
fall the middle schoolers took field trips to neighboring faith
communities. We went on retreat to MOVAL. Youth have been involved in
service projects, participated in the youth band and two weeks ago they
led worship. We've decorated cookies and made cards. We've played
a variety of games. We've flipped pancakes so that ten of us can leave
on a mission trip this week. And some of us have just enjoyed a
weekend at Shannondale. Best of all, our kids have responded well and
want more.
Let's build on this foundation!
