a. Responds directly to the “inclusivity” of the EUCC by allowing for an accessible entrance and path to each floor of the church building.
b. Replaces the long and steep ramps with the elevator and stairs.
c. Upgrades the finishes in the narthex.
d. Renovates the lower level kitchen and provides serving room within the Fellowship Hall.

| 2. Replace existing south educational wing roof |
a. Responds directly to a major maintenance item that could become a Health and Safety Issue. (i.e. excess moisture can lead to mold, rusting of structure, rot of miscellaneous wall blocking)
b. Enhances the efficiency of the roof thermal system.
c. Eliminates the water infiltration problem at the top of the south wall.

| 3. Replace South Wall |
a. Responds directly to the thought of “Greening”. A new glass wall would likely be 3x’s thermally efficient as the existing.
b. Responds directly to creating a new vision of the church to those that travel on Plant.
c. Repairs the water damage created by the roof.
d. Includes patching, repairing, and/or reconstructing portions of window heads, jambs, and sills.
