1. Kitchen and Restroom Renovations	$208,000
a. Creates accessible restrooms on both floor levels b. Creates new kitchenette in fireside room.
2. Education Wing Renovation	$675,000
a. Renovates upper level to create a more consistent administrative area with office space for each of the primary functions. b. Provides a large nursery space for ministry expansion. c. Installs more energy efficient heating and air conditioning system d. Installs more energy efficient lighting e. Replaces the existing windows with more efficient window and glazing.
3. Chancel Renovation	$168,000
a. Responds to the inclusivity of EUCC by providing an accessible path to and from the raised chancel. b. New chancel and sanctuary flooring c. Provides additional power and data
4. Fellowship Hall	$63,000
a. Renovates the fellowship hall with new flooring, new perimeter walls, new ceiling and more energy efficient lighting. b. Provides additional power and data.
5. Tower Entrance	$27,000
a. This is eliminated as a formal entrance and converted to Prayer room with access to Prayer Garden.
6. Entry Canopy	$10,000
a. Provides a new canopy at the east entrance on the main floor to create a clear vision for visitors.
7. Organ Rebuild	$200,000
