Meeting our goals
While initial building plans have been developed, final decisions will be made based on the actual achieved funding total. Should the project be altered or the campaign fall short of the goal, the congregation will vote again on the altered plans.
Should the initial goal be met, the Finance Committee will then be charged with negotiating a bridge loan based on the commitments provided.
The Webster Groves building approval process should begin Winter 2009 with construction bidding occurring concurrently. A Spring 2010 construction start would be possible with completion of Phase I projects in Spring of 2011.

The proposed changes go well beyond beautifying and fortifying our facilities.
